      Pros

      When I joined QAD in January, I felt like it was a great opportunity. Seven months later, I feel even better. The people involved in the hiring process did a great job of setting the expectations about the challenges and have put me in a place to have a lot of impact!

      Cons

      We focus on remote/virtual work which is effective, but could be improved with more in person interactions, escpecially for a new employee.

      Leadership is changing quickly and things are a mess Being under Private Equity makes it hard to get things done efficiently or sometimes at all Poorly built processes that are always changing making it stressful and time consuming for menial tasks Company took major hit to culture when bought by PE
