      Cons

      Possible challenges with time zone differences when coordinating globally. Navigating corporate procedures might slow down some processes.

      Thank you for your review. It sounds like you've had a great experience so far, which we're very happy to hear. Working in a true global environment can have it's pros and a few challenges, however the pros of collaborating with both team mates and clients all over the world is invaluable. We learn from one another and find that we have so much more in common than differences. The time zone differences can be tricky, but usually it can be worked out. I would encourage you to talk with your manager about your career path because there are multiple paths from Business Development. Thanks again for the great review and keep up the great collaboration.

      Great people that have been there for a long time

      Cons

      After the company was sold, a lot of layoffs happened. They started hiring cheaper labor from offshore and terminated North American staff.
