Pros

There were no issues before the change in upper management; it used to be a good company to work for.

Cons

The upper management tends to make decisions without considering input from junior staff. They often impose unnecessary pressure and seem to lack a clear understanding of how ERP systems work. Additionally, they enforce processes without fully evaluating their impact, which can create significant challenges. Anyone who questions or resists these actions often faces an unpleasant work environment, sometimes to the point of being forced to resign. This approach leaves both employees and customers dissatisfied.
