      The only pros at this time is that they are still paying us. For now

      Cons

      CEO made a statement to the entire company that he wants “young people”. He has been heard on several occasions telling people that he wants young, cheap employees that will work ungodly hours for cheap beer and pizza. Shortly after making the statement on the all hands call, a large amount of older employees were fired. Many had made and even exceeded their quota but told their positions were redundant.. even when that was not the case.
