Thank you for sharing your feedback from your 10 years with QAD. We deeply value the perspective of our long-tenured employees and are grateful for your many contributions to the company. We appreciate your recognition of the strong, collegial culture that has been a cornerstone of our company. Maintaining that sense of connection and teamwork is something we remain committed to, even as our work models evolve. We hear your concerns and understand that our shift to a primarily remote model has changed the way we interact, which we know can be a difficult adjustment. We also want to acknowledge that periods of organizational change are challenging and create significant uncertainty. We take the impact of these transitions very seriously. We are committed to navigating this evolution as thoughtfully and transparently as possible, with a focus on supporting our team members. Thank you again for your candor and your long-standing service to QAD.

Remote Perks Can’t Offset Buggy Launches

Pros

- Fully remote with good flexibility - Competitive salary/benefits - Talented teammates who care about customers

Cons

- Executive communication can come across as dismissive, which hurts morale and retention - Product quality is inconsistent; recurring bugs slow delivery and impact customer trust - The “new release” remains a work-in-progress—internal readiness hasn’t matched external promises (including the November event timeline) - Priorities and scope shift often, creating rework and unclear ownership

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback from your 5 years of experience at QAD. We truly value the perspective of our long-tenured employees and appreciate your candor. We are pleased to see that you valued the fully remote flexibility, competitive compensation, and—most importantly—the talented teammates you worked with and their commitment to our customers. We agree that our people are one of our greatest strengths. We are, however, very concerned to read your feedback on your negative experiences. We take your points about executive communication, product quality, and shifting priorities very seriously. The culture you described is not the standard we aspire to, and we are committed to fostering an environment of respectful, transparent communication. We will be reinforcing this priority across our leadership teams. Furthermore, your concerns about product quality, internal readiness, and scope management are heard. Delivering high-quality, reliable solutions is critical to our mission and customer trust. We are continuously working to strengthen our quality assurance processes, improve alignment, and ensure our internal readiness matches our external commitments. We are grateful for your contributions during your time with us and wish you all the best in your next chapter.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your time with us did not meet your expectations and that you had such a negative experience with management. The culture you described is not the one we aim to provide and does not align with our company's values of respect and a supportive work environment. We take allegations of this nature very seriously. We are continuously working to improve our management processes and company culture, and we will be reinforcing our expectations with our leadership teams. We appreciate you noting the value of our hybrid work model, but we understand that this does not outweigh the serious concerns you've raised. We are grateful for the work you did during your time at QAD and we wish you all the best in your future career.
