      Great sense of teamwork and leadership. Every manager I came across seemed well-suited for their role, so leadership was always something you could rely on.

      The Italian office was almost like a family. You could rely on anyone on a day to day basis

      Micromanaging is ofter the preferred way, customers are ofter disappointed because projects are often delivered with delay or major changes. All of this could be avoided with a different managerial staff
