Thanks for your comments, We were acquired by a private equity company called Thoma Bravo. This has led to some recent changes that are aimed at making QAD more competitive and a better company for the long term. This can be uncomfortable in the short term and we hope to provide a better experience going forward.

This is a time of transition as we move from a publicly traded company where the original founder was a majority shareholder to being recently acquired by Thoma Bravo, a private equity company. The goal in working with Thoma Bravo is to improve our competitiveness and our capabilities as a company and to leverage their expertise to make QAD a better company for the long term. We value employees for their perspective, expertise, skills and their efforts in their work. I agree a team is a good analogy.
