Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve found our support for remote and part-time working beneficial — flexibility is something we’re proud to offer and continue to prioritize. We also acknowledge your concern about pay progression. We recognize the impact inflation can have on real wages and are actively reviewing our compensation strategy to ensure it remains fair, competitive, and sustainable. Your input is appreciated and helps guide our efforts to better support all members of our team. Thank you for sharing your perspective.

Pros

Nice locations, some nice people

Cons

The CEO is only there to float the company on the stock exchange, little to no appreciation for staff as you are there to help them make money and nothing else. Appalling HR with staff who have only vague knowledge and policies that are antiquated and not thought through. Little to no advancement or care for staff welfare, input or development. The lack of consideration for delegates that pay for courses is terrible. Get their money and move on to the next one.
