      Pros

      Good progression Good holidays Good pay You can work from home and the necessary tech is provided.

      Cons

      Very wide organisation and you don't always know how others fit in. It can take sometime getting a response. Big gap between the most senior leadership and the lower levels of leadership in terms of what is acceptable and doable.
