      When I joined it was a really lovely tight knit team of people. Management was nice and seemed to care about their people.

      Cons

      By the end, however, it was clear that management had their own clique and unless they all loved you without question, you weren't going to move anywhere internally.

      Work smart and efficiently, you'll get the notice and be treated accordingly. Good work atmosphere Pay for training Emphasis on your own education and increasing your career options Work from home (if you like more family time / flexibility)

      Cons

      work from home (if you prefer to be out and socialise at work) Currently management understaffed so sometimes have to wait for comms. So far my experience with management has been very good however. Honestly, can't really say anything bad at this stage. I entered when QA had just done a reshuffle and it seems like they have really tried to change their reputation.
