HR Team has been shocking since the day I joined, never seems to get any better no matter how many restructures Constantly have to chase for updates on anything HR related, never a quick response Senior Management also shocking, no interest in the people below who actually make them the money that they are then paid No value of employees unless you know senior management, no interest in promoting successes of people in jobs that do the ground work Have no idea what half senior management do as they just par off work to subordinates and then take the credit Forgot about an entire business and just left them to their own device with no acknowledgement, saw first hand good people leave the business due to this someone I know had a call with someone who was told they were old our area of the business was shut.. This has happened multiple times Make company most of the money they use to invest in other areas and yet never mentioned or acknowledged in any calls or comms Exec team don't even act interested in work of ground staff, barely acknowledge or speak to anyone
