Pros

Great staff to work with. The London building in particular was in a great location and had good office facilities. Manchester is also very good. Some other offices require updating, especially for the heating controls.

Cons

Internal communication between senior management needs some review. Changes made at exec level left those lower down the hierarchy with lots of questions and difficult conversations internally and externally.

Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback. We are always looking at ways to improve how we communicate better since bringing three businesses into once earlier this year. Recently we have launched a Manager training programme for all managers to help support this role within the group and connect the business better. If there is anything else you would like to share, please let me know. All the best, Steph (QA People Team)

Pros

Good culture (when things are going good). Decent pay and great support Good incentives Great team

Cons

Quick to panic - whatever you do isn't good enough Too many weekly meetings. They dont let you just get on with it. For a big company, they have no internal systems that work collaboratively with each other. Don't consult the sales teams for things that will impact them.

Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback. This is really insightful and I'm sorry you feel that the management within your team is not motivational. We have recently launched our Management training prorgamme for all QA Managers to have a level of consistency for how we manage and lead our people. We have also recently combined three businesses into one so we continue to look at ways to align systems and processes - really would love to hear if there are any suggestions you have particularly to help this. I'm Steph from the People team so let me know if you would like to have a further chat on this point.

Pros

Strong emphasis on employee wellness, including mental health resources. Flexible remote work policies that support personal circumstances.

Cons

Limited pathways for career advancement can be discouraging. Communication issues between departments hinder efficiency. Job-specific training is insufficient for new employees, which can affect onboarding.
