      Great benefits including 401K, vacation, flex time, work life balance

      Cons

      Since there is no/unlimited sick time your off time is monitored. Just don't abuse the benefit and co workers will rat you out if they know you are not sick.

      Pros

      Great opportunities to work on big projects with support and training. Most benefits come to those who are proactive, working longer than expected days to provide better than expected results makes you a well known name to clients and customers.

      Cons

      You will find that some expect it given to them on a plate, you must be proactive and try to encourage them to be more active in getting results and growing their working mentality.
