      Great opportunity to launch your career working with big name companies where you can get placements in companies you would struggle to work for after 10 years of experience! Pool table in the office.... fantastic!! Fun time Fridays!!! :D

      Absolutely none! The academy is a great experience with so much to learn and do!

      Great training Social events Continuous development (access to various training courses) Flexible working hours (dependent on client) Quick deployment to client site Continuous support from management and liaisons Big clients to work for Opportunities to work with field specialists on a client site Opportunities to expand professional network instantly Certifications

      Cons

      Additional certifications require studying outside work hours. Although it's beneficial for employee, it reduces work and life balance. All worth it at the end, though.

      Pros

      Great sociable atmosphere while working on professional technology that the IT industry is desperate for. Lot's of available training to boost career. Company trip abroad, nights out and pool table in the office are all good perks.

      Cons

      I have been based in three locations in the last 5 years. However each of those locations opened up new opportunities for me.
