- Lack of development/training after being placed

>Saying YOU are guaranteed a job at [somewhere] while trying to get you in the company (NOT TRUE) > Each trainee in the same class got told different things. >Doing everything last minute e.g. forms, application, information about the job role, and where you will be working (ALL LATE notify) >Training with no pay >Adding an extra random person [Person A] to the training program just to steal the job (The client was going to employ 5 people, However, [Person A] has stay within the company for training almost over 12weeks => which mean if [Person A] does not get a job, the company must pay [Person A] each month, and leaving a more suitable candidate behind to face the same situation of [Person A] to do random training) > Manager of trainee: #1 lazy, #2 make trainee to fill out the same form for 3 or 4 times, #3 doing everything last minute e.g. right before deadline > No time for trainee to find suitable property to stay before they got deployed > Random person walked to the training class without knocking the door -> start a conversation with the company's trainer (LOUDLY) to distract the class
