Good people, friendly, approachable, get to visit different campuses around the country, get to do qualifications through QA Ltd as it is a learning organisation.

Cons

Not enough holidays, have to take leave to cover Xmas period, sickness policy could be improved, staff are moved up the ladder if the face fits
