      Support Apprentice

      Pros

      Training was informative, tutors were great and assessors would answer any questions on your work

      Cons

      Failed to vet the company correctly. Refused to assist an apprentice when they were unable to attend training to lack of money. Did very little to nothing to help an apprentice when they were assaulted multiple times in the workplace. Assessors took a long period of time to answer emails back from the apprentice

      Opportunity, but not in the long term.

      Pros

      - Foot in the door for the industry - Experience working on major projects - No experience required - Great start point for graduates - Trusted to provide for clients using own initiative

      Cons

      - Little to no advancement opportunity (within the company) - Management treats you like a resource, not an employee - Line Managers are overworked by number of consultants - Poor communication and interaction - Taking us out to drinks is no substitute for treatment in the workplace
