Pros

Placed on a client site quickly Some management care and have just been dealt a bum hand

Training completely irrelevant to role Awful salary Threats of having to pay back an extortionate 12k for training that included one irrelevant certification. They are an in house trainer but it would have been cheaper to use an external provider. Refuse to break down training costs when asked Management ignore emails Don't believe you're getting a salary increase after a year, that's a lie. Find out that your contract is up and they want you to leave QA and move to the client from the client themselves. QA are happy for you to move to the client and then you don't have to pay back training but not for you to leave, interesting loophole isn't it. Stay away from this firm, many other consultancies do not charge graduates for training. I can't wait to see them take me to court and all the horror stories of contacts over the last few years will come out.

Pros

Good benefits, constant sales development training

Cons

Repetitive, still use the dated 2 hour talk time quota, management do not innovate when adopting new sales techniques (i suggested sending video cards to hard to reach prospects and was laughed out the door). Management team are brash and so focussed on talk time alone it is unproductive

Market leader, good product range, high expectations across the business, good salary, very good commission structure, supportive environment

Cons

As with all big companies communication can sometimes be improved, some aspects of e-marketing not as good as you would expect for a market-leader
