The best way to judge a company is how they treat their permanent staff. Well, when the senior recruiter stinks of alcohol and is falling asleep at the desk with NO regard for the graduates or their futures - what does that tell you?
There is NO progression. Graduates can (and often will be) on the £23.5k starting salary for the whole 2 years.
