      Fantastic company, grown in size over the last few years and great colleagues Fantastic training centres and great Trainers and Coaches

      Cons

      Some management are bullies and expect 200% work without support. Often firefighting as things change so often. Completing tasks then going back to change things as they've changed money-motivated and some manager's in it to increase their role and salary Demotivating managers

      Met some great people along the way

      Cons

      lack of promotion from within for people of colour. Only promote from within if you fit a certain profile. Senior management not reflective of their workforce or society. limited career prospects.
