      Pros

      The executive team is one that listens to their employees, responds, and makes changes based on their input. Stefano (CEO) promotes open communication across the entire organization. The product is improving everyday and is already the best in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Things move very quick here so be ready to pivot as needed.

      Pros

      I'm in Cloud Academy from more than one year now and I can say it's a very nice company to work for, I'm very happy to have joined. I really like the culture and the people. I like the startup agility, but at the same time, we're very organized, without being bureaucratic. The work is also very challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      Beside the position, that it's not even too bad, I'd say nothing.
