Pros

Entry into the IT industry You can sometimes get good clients as a stepping stone Beer in the office on a Friday

Cons

Rubbish Salary for 2 years and 3 months locked in Fined £12k+ for leaving before 2 years and 3 months due to involuntary "training" No promises kept if not in writing - this includes salary commitments made to 20+ employees at a time Just another graduate mill. If you can stand it for 2 years, you may be able to make an OK career after if you can't find another job.

Cons

Management are liars, stab you in the back for their own gain and job. The change in structure right at the top has led the company down the path of a generic company that no one will remember.

Pros

They have excellent sales training so ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales. You get to help organisations take on a modern apprentice so can be really rewarding getting to help a young person start a career.

Cons

Really poor management structure, very little help or support as everyone passes the buck onto others. Really poor treatment of staff. No regards to how they feel. The staff are so unmotivated and it is very obvious. Everyone is miserable and constantly complains so can be a poor atmosphere - but they complain with good reason. 'progression structure' is non-existent. They will outline a path but this will see you gain more responsibility but for no benefit to yourself (IE pay increase). Treated as just a number and it is made obvious how disposable you are. The delivery of services is very poor due to staff retention and the ones that do stick around pick up the slack. Account manager salary is below average, you will find better elsewhere.
