Underhanded and archaic management practices at the junior level. Senior managers were actually a lot better - modern and ethical.

Nothing substantial comes to mind that benefited me day to day.

Cons

The top-down structure is horrendous. No support. Argumentative management. Backstabbing selfish mentality. Lost everything it once was and turned into a profit-centric company that doesn't care about its people which is the reason it's on its knees.
