Pros

The company has been very supportive throughout the Covid crisis in terms of working from home and looking after staff. The colleagues and managers I have been working with are all great and the QA programmes are the best in the market, making it a lot easier to sell. My experience has been very positive so far and I have no reason of leaving.

Cons

It's a big group so communications between departments is sometimes missing and procedures are not always clear or well defined. There can also be a lack of ownership at times. The sales teams have too much admin to do and still KPIs to work with, which makes it difficult to focus on other very important things we should be doing, such as personal development, update social media, working on bigger accounts, etc.

Pros

- Good opportunities for new graduates in a wide array of technologies and projects. - Good opportunity for growth, providing the client site has opportunities and if you can articulate reasons for promotion during reviews.

Cons

- I worked for them for over 4 years. Did not speak to a single person during the exit process, with all communication being email only from HR. Exit interview was a short survey monkey questionnaire, with no space for any written feedback. - Upon hearing of my notice, I got an insinuating email from a senior manager (a person I had no prior communication with), suggesting I may be in breach of my terms of contract, preventing me from starting with my new employer. A quick glance over contracts later, I informed the individual that no terms had been breached. I did not hear back from the individual. I can only assume the email's purpose was to try to intimidate me. - At one point I discovered I hadn't been paid correctly over a period of around 6 month's. It took another 6 month's and refusal to do additional overtime to finally resolve.
