      Pros

      They were very thorough and reliable - always at the end of the phone when I needed help. I had two Skills Coaches during my apprenticeship and they were both friendly and professional.

      Cons

      My Apprenticeship was affected by the Coronavirus. I was furloughed by my employer but QA overcame this with online courses whilst I was furloughed. The Skills Coaches were still on hand 24/7.
