The business doesn't even try to hide how much it favours the Sales team over every other part of the business. Those of us working to create the products that get sold are repeatedly overlooked with pay rises rejected, meanwhile Sales get pay increases, yearly bonuses, workshop retreats. It's incredibly unfair. If we didn't make the products they'd have nothing to sell.
