I have been in this business for many, many years now, and what makes this place fun, what makes me get up for work each day with a smile on my face is the people I work with, the team I work with, my colleagues all around. There’s no other way I can put it – I love my team, I love the people I work with and I love having the responsibility to create a world that people want to be part of, enjoy being part of, and one that helps them to achieve all of their professional goals. I’ve been at QA for over a year and really enjoy working here. We’re a busy, fast paced business and often work under some degree of pressure. However the people at QA are fantastic and really care about our wellbeing. Our holiday entitlement has just increased to 27 days a year and our hybrid working (and flexi time) make a huge difference so I actually have a work / life balance.
