Pros

I have been in this business for many, many years now, and what makes this place fun, what makes me get up for work each day with a smile on my face is the people I work with, the team I work with, my colleagues all around. There’s no other way I can put it – I love my team, I love the people I work with and I love having the responsibility to create a world that people want to be part of, enjoy being part of, and one that helps them to achieve all of their professional goals. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people successful, growing their careers, succeeding with their life goals. This is a genuine motivation for me and drives me every day to be better for them and help them succeed more and more, and the secret ingredient here is we do it by having everyone bring the very best of themselves and their personality to their role - for me, that is the magic of who we are. QA offers a great opportunity to those looking for a great sales career, one that empowers you, values you and rewards you. We have a fantastic spirit amongst our sales teams, which includes holidays abroad for those who qualify for Club 110 (rewarding high achievers) – St Tropez, Vegas, Miami, NYC - we enjoy plenty of team lunches and nights out, alongside other great incentives on a monthly & quarterly basis. We reward success and determination.

Cons

It can be stressful, but nothing comes easy in life and so it's how you manage the pressure when and if it comes.

Pros

I’ve been at QA for over a year and really enjoy working here. We’re a busy, fast paced business and often work under some degree of pressure. However the people at QA are fantastic and really care about our wellbeing. Our holiday entitlement has just increased to 27 days a year and our hybrid working (and flexi time) make a huge difference so I actually have a work / life balance. If you’re an ambitions person who enjoys a challenge and the sense of achievement / pride gained from a job well done, you may well have a great career ahead of you at QA... Benefits Include: 3 days a year fully paid for any of our training courses. 2 days a year fully paid to do charitable work. QA will also match any funds raised up to £250 per person. 27 days a year holiday and shut down over Christmas. Medicash - health care moneyback plan.

Cons

We work in a fast paces environment and this won’t be right for everyone. There's lots of flexibility & autonomy, so you can thrive or fail – it’s up to you. We've recently installed some new systems and there have been some challenges - we have an improvement plan in play it's getting much better.
