Work from home Management have no idea what you do for work, so if you're smart you can do almost nothing

Management have no idea what you or they are doing Post record profits but enforce a 2 year pay freeze because it's not good enough Unclear progression, then move goalposts when you do reach their standards for the next tier Execs bleed money buying failing businesses, then act surprised when it's still a failing business
