      Wonderful people, engaging work, the fun parts of start up culture (esp. in NYC) but the size and structure has advances beyond the negative aspects of start up culture

      Thanks for your review. I would love to chat about how we run the pay approach because we don't have pay-scales or bands and have an agile approach to pay by regularly benchmarking the market so it would be good to understand where you feel the disconnect is.
