Pros

Training pathway to become software developer was good

Cons

Up to £12k fine if you want to leave before your first 2 years. 3 month notice period Non-compete clause which essentially limits you from taking another job in the technology industry for 6 months to a year should you leave. False promises of how long you spend on the bench before deployment. Many people spent months on the bench instead of the promised "couple of weeks at most". Recently made over 150 software specialists redundant. The number of people being made rendundant changed from 50 to 100 to 150 throughout the redundancy process. I would not trust that any other roles in QA are secure! Very disorganised managment.
