7yA 4 star review is always great to see, but hopefully in time we will get it up to a 5 star one. Reading that you are getting lots of opportunity to explore and grow is always rewarding to hear as progression and personal growth is an important element we look to offer our staff. Your suggestion re: trainee care is very helpful – we know we have more to do here and our Consultant management team have been seeking suggestions from our trainee community to look at how we can improve this further.
