too many to list down. first of all, people here SUCK big times. the management is very passive and active for all the wrong reasons. they allocate headcount in a specific region that churns out the LEAST work and MOST talk, then expect the other regions to take care of their shortcomings. Management will just blame it on culture clash or capacity difference between individuals when in fact they are just unable to hire capable and competent people. Weaponized incompetence everywhere, gaslighting culture that makes you question yourself every time, and capability is rewarded with more work. Life is great for those employees that use their incompetence as an excuse as the work will just be given to the competent ones. Management will always dump a lot of extracurriculars for the good employees and deems it as an "opportunity for growth", when in fact there is no growth anymore. no matter how good you are, if you are not playing their politics game, you will not be able to climb the ladder. Promotion is based on how "visible" you are, even though it is for the wrong thing. You can be super visible as you are so bad and still get the promotion. If you are good, you are basically a big fish in a small pond. If you are not good, then maybe this is a place for you because there are no consequences at all. Let's face it, the reason most capable employees are still here is because of the bleak job market. P.S. they will call you immediately after the job interview with an offer because they desperately need people due to the massive turnover rate. If you can afford it and value your mental health and physical health over a seemingly secure job, run, don't walk.
