Constantly overworked. "Merit" annual salary increase at a constant 2.01%, regardless of length of employment, performance, or qualification. All staff in the same role are paid the same despite the supposed existence of pay scales for each job grade. Poor pay in general. New staff now being paid substantially more than existing staff (even some that have been employed for years) and management have done nothing to address or even acknowledge the situation. Toxic individuals are not dealt with, management often make excuses for poor behaviour. A lot of pressure to do overtime. Poor management in other departments leads to increased workload across the company - yet higher management seem incapable of understanding this.
