Major decrease in morale over the past 18 months, an employee who enjoys their job here is currently rare. Severely understaffed forcing constant task switching. Daily escalations. Incompetency at all levels and a lack of action against employees consistently under performing. Absolutely ignored motto of "focus on quality" - there is no quality of work here rather a lack of support and unmanageable amount of pressure from leadership. Low value/retention effort of its employees. Very high turnover. Reliance on few individuals to complete entire teams work. Discouragement from process improvement due to glacial speeds at which said improvements are approved. Vague job descriptions which are leaned upon to prevent promotions.
