      A toxic deathtrap, run if you can

      Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes area, some decent colleges do real work, unlike the useless and toxic administration

      Cons

      This company was started by a real scientist, a former Cornell faculty member, and was built on knowledge, honesty, and intelligence. Over the years, thanks to an unqualified CEO and a change of directors from bad to worse to ....., it has turned into a place where kissing up and flattery are the keys to career development. People with no education or skills are promoted based on their relationships with the CEO, and they abuse anyone whose brain works. It's a toxic culture built on flattery. I would not trust such a system to test my drugs or handle anything related to public health.
