      Pros

      Interesting school to learn. Helps to get a better "other job". Fairly good benefits, but not excepetional. Nice building, makes you feel good, though on the outside. If your team is good, you can get through the day OK.

      Cons

      Low salary. Army-rank career, difficult to grow. Some people are very competitive, especially in consulting. Some partners and directors are really not top knotch and not very professional and afraid of hiring challeging analysts. In fact, they look for regular JOE don't do much don't expect much.
