Pros

Experience, talent, and openness. PwC Advisory has a great training programs and offers very good client experience. PwC also, offers great opportunities to learn from and network with very talented managers, directors, and partners. The Advisory leadership is very open. In the falling economy, partner's are giving up perks and they are encouraging everyone to cut non-essential items and waste; all so staff levels can be maintained. Able to travel and see diverse places - domestic and international.

Cons

Compensation, even in good times does not meet that of their competitors. Heavily travel dependent, often with no other options.
