Pros

PwC offers a generous benefits and compensation package - on par with similar employers but not quite as generous as some others, or at least so I hear. There are many opportnuites to redefine one's self within the firm, engage on many types of work and with different clients; however, along with this comes the absolute necessity to remain flexible and open-minded. The firm treated me well during my tenure there, and I enjoyed being a part of the organization that's trying to set itself apart from others as the distinctive firm.

Cons

Your experience at the firm will depend wholly on which group and which vertical you are hired into. Some people are better than others to work with or for. Others can be absolutely atrocious. Moving between verticals is difficult if not impossible, so make certain you know what you are getting into before the deal is done.
