Pros

- Good brand - Survive the crisis well

Cons

- Very weak income and bonus - Poor atmosphere - PwC does not try to develop consultant skills, only to staff them, whether it has something to do with their skills or not

Pros

What lured me to PwC were brand name, and bright people. Though both of these still hold true, I learned that there is a lot of kissing butts to do once you get there.

Cons

Very little guidance on the expectation of deliverables, so your work is hit or miss, and therefore so is your performance review. 90% of my work was with managers from other offices (which wasn't very productive, because working over the phone and sametime can be hell). There is very little recognition for all the times you are asked to work on holidays or weekends. My bonus was insulting. Lots of gossiping, politics, and back-biting. Overall a very nasty place to work.
