      Best place to gain accounting experience. Though per-hour compensation appears to be low.

      Pros

      - Very strong brand within the accounting industry; - Leaders in audit and transaction services globally; - Opportunities for inter-office transfer; - Mandatory professional qualifications; - Fast career growth in Russia and Eastern Europe.

      Cons

      - Long working hours without adequate compensation; - Although formally encouraged, work-life balance remains a myth; - Promotions can be based on subjective criteria (especially in the Central and Eastern Europe); - Lot's of routine tasks and admin work on levels up to Senior Manager; - Salaries for junior staff appear to be low if recalculated on a per-hour basis.

      Very good working conditions and great colleagues, high compensation & incentives, great development possibilities, etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes very long working hours but definitely not more than in any other professional service firm of PwC's caliber.

      Pros

      Flexibility of a large company and it's very easy to move around within the company. Opportunity to work with some very important clients.

      Cons

      Long hours while not gettting compensated for what you deserve. Administrative tasks like performance reviews can get really annoying. Too much politics.
