Pros

*Decent benefits, name looks good on the resume, some good people if you look very far and very very wide. *I think I remember one day over the past two years where I did not get stabbed in the back. That was a pretty neat day.

Cons

*PwC cares very little for its employees and treats them as a resource rather than an asset *HR is a complete joke with its collective head up its a$$. As a whole it has no idea how the firm or any groups within the firm work and make completely idiotic moves on a seemingly daily basis *If you have a soul, you will hate your life after seeing backstabbing robot after backstabbing robot move up and cherished within the firm while talented, hard working, honest people get chewed up *If you do work here, do not waste your time trying to do a good job. Simply focus on fulfilling arbitrary requirements set forth by HR and you will be rewarded *Anything told to you about work/life balance is complete and utter BS. PwC has created an effective marketing campaign to make it seem like a great place to work. Don't fall for it. *If you work at PwC and start showing classic signs of depression after a few months, then congratulations! You are a human being.

Pros

If you're a fresh accounting major graduate, I would highly recommend you work for this company. You can get exposed to various aspects of accounting through working with clients in different industry.

Cons

Long work hours during busy season. Some managers have unrealistic tight budget for the staff and force you to eat hours. You basically work more hours but are not allowed to charge all those hours.
