Nice HR. Good holiday policy. Good training program. You will have a lot of exposure to difference industries as well as divisions in the company.

Cons

Long working hours. Relatively low hourly payment. The income depend mostly on the project managers. Sometimes, they would not allow you to put too much over-time hours on the timesheet.
