Pros

Great exposure to the M&A market, as PwC tends to have the biggest share of the Transaction Services market.

Cons

Not very dynamic. Could use some rebranding and differentiation from the other Big 4. Should be more direct with employees, rather than sugar coating feedback.

Pros

Lots of resources and a lot of technology tools. Important clients with meaningful work. Allows for you to control your own career.

Cons

For lawyers, the pay is subpar. Causes a lot of employees to leave the firm relatively quickly because of higher paying law firm jobs.
