      Good business training Supportive manager (Depending on which club) It gives you a good foundation to start working in the business

      Cons

      The rent is too high and it's increasing every year The company is more concerned about their revenue than their employees The salary for a PT\FC is too low

      Pros

      The team I work in is filled with the most friendly and intelligent folk I have ever met. Being surrounded by the best talent has really brought out the best in me to continue to hone my own skillset. I have never once had a negative interaction with anyone whilst working here and truthfully can not recommend working for PureGym more.

      Cons

      The work environment can at times be very fast paced with imminent deadlines, those stressed easily may struggle to keep up at times.
