Pros

You get a free membership

Cons

Not enough support from higher management to incentivise coaches to want to stay. Not paid anywhere near enough and expected to give all of your energy into a company and are still out of pocket at the end of the month due to higher rents than salary. Management bought in to manage and not lead is making people leave and stretches the gyms to their tether. There have been too many new positions introduced over recent years that now the higher level management are further away from the gym floor and never actually know the real goings on. This middle management is too pally pally so you will never be able to raise a real concern. Shame really.
