Pros

The people and the culture are fantastic, it's no-blame and easy to mention when you have failed at something, and the attitude is to fix the problem not reprimand for doing something wrong. Get paid well, it's competitive. Great management supporting the work and home life balance, and the ability to work remotely. I am always learning at PureGym, I can grow in my role and progress with the training provided. PureGym cares deeply about culture and diversity in the workforce. It's very inclusive.

Cons

PureGym has adapted to support remote working since COVID, although the ability to work remotely is in place some of the collaboration tools need to mature to enable an inclusive and collaborative environment.
