Home working 3 days a week. New office is better than most.

Cons

In the past 2-3 years the day to day runnings have been bloated with tasks which require far more man power, all so they can sell the idea of franchises in the middle east and america. They have lost sight of employee satification and almost weekly I see a collection email going around as someone else is leaving.
