Pros
Only positive was the working along side of great PTs and some good managers.
Cons
My direct manager(s) didn’t support my growth. Higher management quick to blame lower level employees. Gave promotions to employees who clearly couldn’t manage or lead a team. Also down side to it is your made to take classes and still do your management job. My role turned into 80% taking classes 20% AGM but expected to be 100% a manager!
