Pros

Good job to earn a decent amount working part time as a student. Large office with full-time and part-time staff, lots of other students working there. Dealt with lots of different customer queries, sales calls, cancellations etc. Room to also work on social media and emails to get more experience. Ability to work the hours around your studies. Free gym membership.

Cons

Work can be quite demoralising, boring, repetitive. Not for you if you don't mind being shouted at on occasion or dealing with difficult situations.

Laid back office environment, Plenty of Bonuses available, Good incentives, free tea and coffee

Cons

Poor IT management and often such malfunctions prevent you from hitting your targets, occasional bullying between staff due to the relaxed nature

Flexible hours. Good crack with your colleagues. Laizee-faire management style (only on the sales team.. if you hit your targets youre pretty much left alone by management)

Cons

The commission is not incentivising for a sales role.
