Avoid at all costs! Empire building, micromanaging managers. These managers have created a culture of bullying and intimidation pushing a lot of loyal staff to leave. After speaking to others about this company I know I'm not the first to say this.

Many of the management/team leaders don’t make you feel welcomed. Most of them wouldn’t greet you when you arrive, no hello, good morning or anything. As there’s no interaction with most of them you tend to feel isolated a lot of the time. Also, many team leaders are very rude and speak to you disrespectfully, but in return expect you to respect them. As well as, it seemed like the roles of many of the management and team leaders got to their heads, because many times they would try to treat and speak to you like you were lower than them.
